Automated External Defibrillators are becoming more common in public places around the UK.

The course will include the following:

• The ability to administer cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) promptly and effectively;
• The ability to administer first aid safely, promptly and effectively to a casualty who is unconscious;
• The ability to perform CPR in conjunction with the use of an Automated External Defibrilator
• Certificates will be awarded to those candidates who show that they are competent in the use of such equipment.
